As you all probably know, "Yourself!Fitness" has been re-released for the Wii, under a different name: "My Fitness Coach." Otherwise, it's pretty much the same game, except that now you can perform any workout in the Yoga Garden if you desire.

However, THIS month, "My Fitness Coach 2: Exercise & Nutrition" was released. And I can't find any info on it.

Could this finally be a real sequel to "Yourself!Fitness"? I can only hope...

Hello everyone, I'm new here, and thrilled to find a Yourself! Fitness community. I bought the PC version a couple months ago and used it faithfully for a month. Then I had insane amounts of stress from planning my sister's wedding and fell out of practice. I'm looking to get back into it, starting today after work. I think I'll probably have to re-do my fitness assessment, but it'll be nice to have an at-home workout option instead of just the gym.

I don't think I signed up at the forums the first time around, so I'll check that out today after work too. Is anyone here signed up over there, and if so, do you find them helpful?

Has anyone tried Eye Toy Kinetic? What do you think of it? Is it pretty similar to Yourself! Fitness? Does it track your progress like Y!F does?

Hi all. I'm a newbie to Y!F. :) I completed my fitness assestment today and my first workout. PHEW! My legs are saying "WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!?!" hehe, but I feel great. I can't wait for tomorrow when I go from a 45 min work out to 60 mins. I've scheduled myself for 30s on Tues/Thurs and 60s on the weekends since I actually have the time then to get a great workout. I'm working on losing 37 pounds. It's going to be tough, but I think I can do it. I've already lost 2 since I started this goal just a week and a half ago. :)

Anyways, I thought I'd say hi. :) Are a lot of you over on the Yourself!Fitness forums? I'm over there as michelleann.

I'm curious - Has anyone here watched the Yourself Fitness/Maya DVDs that McDonald's put out early this year? I know they're 15-minute focused workouts, but I'm hoping for more info. Is it basically just like a recording of a traditional Yourself Fitness workout, or is it in higher quality, with fully detailed Maya renders like the opening animation of the program has? I'm kind of wondering if it's different at all from traditional 15-minute workouts in the game, or if it's just the same old thing handed out to people to convince them to get the program.

Hello everyone. I joined this community today and I wanted to say hello and ask a question. A friend of mine and I go jogging together and I also do pilates. I do Gaiam's Intermediate Pilates tape with Ana Caban. There are a couple other videos I have but that is my favorite. For diet I am a vegetarian and I try to avoid high fructose corn syrup, which is really hard because I love Mt. Dew.. I know it is terrible for me. As far as fitness goals are concerned, I had a baby a year ago and I am back to my normal weight but I still have a pouch on my tummy. I think that it wont go away because I drink so much soda, and I also drink beer with my friends. I don't plan on quiting drinking any time soon, so that is why I HAVE to stop drinking so much freaking soda.

My question is.. what kind of warm up streches or exercises do you do before you run and what streches do you do to cool down afterward?

Has anyone ever gone to Curves? What was your experience there? Did you see any results? How much did you pay? I'm just trying to see if its worth it...my boyfriend is offereing to pay!

I don't know if it's just me, but Maya has really kicked my hiney the last couple of days!  I don't know if the difficulty has increased or what, but my exercises have definitely been more challenging.  Did any of you ever notice a sudden significant difference?

I'm new to this community.  Hello!

I heard about yourself! fitness from my friend, volvita, who is also a member of this community.  (Hi, E!)

I'm on workout 14, and I seriously cannot believe how much I love this program.  I honestly adore Maya.  I think she's great.  I couldn't have asked for a better "trainer."  I like everything about her:  her name, how cute she looks when she sits on the balance ball, the fact that her weights disappear when she's finished, her outfits, her voice-- everything.

Anyway, I just wanted to say hello to my fellow Maya-lovers.  :)
