Hello everyone. I joined this community today and I wanted to say hello and ask a question. A friend of mine and I go jogging together and I also do pilates. I do Gaiam's Intermediate Pilates tape with Ana Caban. There are a couple other videos I have but that is my favorite. For diet I am a vegetarian and I try to avoid high fructose corn syrup, which is really hard because I love Mt. Dew.. I know it is terrible for me. As far as fitness goals are concerned, I had a baby a year ago and I am back to my normal weight but I still have a pouch on my tummy. I think that it wont go away because I drink so much soda, and I also drink beer with my friends. I don't plan on quiting drinking any time soon, so that is why I HAVE to stop drinking so much freaking soda.
My question is.. what kind of warm up streches or exercises do you do before you run and what streches do you do to cool down afterward?
