Hi all. I'm a newbie to Y!F. :) I completed my fitness assestment today and my first workout. PHEW! My legs are saying "WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!?!" hehe, but I feel great. I can't wait for tomorrow when I go from a 45 min work out to 60 mins. I've scheduled myself for 30s on Tues/Thurs and 60s on the weekends since I actually have the time then to get a great workout. I'm working on losing 37 pounds. It's going to be tough, but I think I can do it. I've already lost 2 since I started this goal just a week and a half ago. :)
Anyways, I thought I'd say hi. :) Are a lot of you over on the Yourself!Fitness forums? I'm over there as michelleann.
