Hello everyone, I'm new here, and thrilled to find a Yourself! Fitness community. I bought the PC version a couple months ago and used it faithfully for a month. Then I had insane amounts of stress from planning my sister's wedding and fell out of practice. I'm looking to get back into it, starting today after work. I think I'll probably have to re-do my fitness assessment, but it'll be nice to have an at-home workout option instead of just the gym.
I don't think I signed up at the forums the first time around, so I'll check that out today after work too. Is anyone here signed up over there, and if so, do you find them helpful?
