hi folks! after having Y!F for awhile, i finally gave it another go. now that i'm not living in my crazy landlady's place, or in a house with super squeaky floors i've started really working at it.
i do the exercises (almost) every night. and in the last 8 days i've lost 11lbs (don't gasp and shock, i have a lot
to lose, so 8 lbs is pretty decent actually i think). it's kinda sad, however, that like myrrhdusa
said in her earlier post
, I guess-timated my weight as well, and when i finally got back to it (like 6 months later) it now looks like I've gained weight (however my cardio is up and my flexibility has improved).
so i've set myself a reasonable goal of 4-6lbs a week (and hooray if i pass it like i did this week), and I'm sticking with those small steps.
I actually discussed Yourself!Fitness with my doctor, and he was aware of it and actually encouraged me to use it as a training and learning tool. Has anyone else talked with their medical doctors about it? If not, maybe the next time you have an appointment ask them and see what their recommendation is concerning it?( A few more questions if anyone has the time?Collapse )
Thanks a lot all. And it's wonderful to see that there's a community for Yourself!Fitness. :)
